Corley Ellis

A lifelong resident of Columbiana, Alabama, Corley has always had a deep love for his hometown and a passion for serving others. After graduating from Shelby County High School in 1989 his desire to grow as a leader led him to earn his MBA from Auburn University, further equipping him to serve his clients and community with integrity and excellence. He later earned his real estate license and eventually went on to found Ellis Properties in 2000. 

Public service has always been close to his heart. He has proudly served as a Shelby County Commissioner and now represents his community in the Alabama House of Representatives. Whether it’s helping a family find their dream home or advocating for his district at the state level, he believes in working hard to make a positive impact.

He and his wife, Julie, are the proud parents of their son, Jamison. Being “Daddy” is the most important role he’s ever held, and the joy of raising Jamison keeps him grounded in what matters most—faith, family, and service.
